Orders are usually dispatched within 2 - 3 days of receiving the order.

We are currently only shipping to UK addresses including including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.

 

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service will be sent via Royal Mail, please note this option does not come with any tracking information.

Usual delivery timescale is 2 - 3 working days from the date of dispatch. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is a free, next working day ‘collect in store’ service. Orders will be available for collection from the main shop, within the Cathedral.

Orders placed before midnight will be ready for collection on the next working day (Monday to Friday) from 11am onwards. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm that the order is ready to collect: in the unlikely event that your order will not be ready in time we will contact you. Once orders are ready, they can be collected during shop opening hours Monday to Saturday, 9am - 5pm. Please check our opening times here.

When collecting your order, please ensure you bring a copy of your order. You can show us the email confirmation on your phone/tablet or bring a printed copy.

You will be required to sign for your order on collection. If someone is collecting an order on your behalf they will need to bring a copy of your order confirmation.

 

Returns and Refunds

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however, should you wish to return anything bought from us we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange inline with our policy below. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (maximum of 30 days) and products should be in a saleable condition.
Returns can be made by using either Royal Mail or a courier of your choice.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on perishable goods such as food unless they are faulty. For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange the following: face coverings, personal grooming products, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, CD or DVD. We also cannot refund or exchange sale items unless faulty. 
We will refund you the full delivery charge when a product is returned as faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?
The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach your account within 7 working days. Timing will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item(s) for a different product please email us listing your order number and the item(s) you wish to return and exchange via shop@exeter-cathedral.org.uk or call on 01392 271354.

Once we have confirmed that we can exchange you item(s) we will provide a returns address.

You will be required to cover the cost of the return postage as well as to pay for the cost of shipping the new item out to you. You will also need to pay for any difference in price between the two items.
